Thank you for shopping with Solefina. Every order is thoughtfully packed from our Massachusetts studio with the same care and attention that goes into selecting each item in our collection.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. While we work hard to ship every order promptly, occasional carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@houseofsolefina.com and include photographs of the item and packaging whenever possible.
