Refund & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. To help us locate your order, please include your order number or the email address used to make your purchase.

Gift boxes must be returned with all original contents included. Individual items from a curated gift box are not eligible for separate returns.

To start a return, please email us at hello@houseofsolefina.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide return instructions if your return is approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Food products (tea, honey, olive oil, and other consumables)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or the email address used to place your order.
